5 ways to get 100% in class observation



Practicum teachers usually will have to go through a series of class observations. Same goes to the permanent teachers, in time they’ve also class observation done by the school principal or nazir. Here’s how you could easily get 100% or at least pass in the observation;

1. Teach what you taught yesterday. Its easier since all the kiddos will now the answer and able to answer.

2. Use handouts one after another, projectors is a must.

3. Use the most sweetest talker voice ever, the kindest acting to show how you are friendly to your students (though you usually shout at ‘em)

4. Let students do presentation, it’s a great advantage if you can show to the observer that student produce student’s own work.

5. Just bribe the observer.
